Co - Founder & Head of Investment

Tor, an investor and financier, specializes in real estate, energy, and digital asset transformation. Through his boutique firm, BD Globe Capital Partners, he has advised and financed global entities, including the Norwegian Ministry of Trade. Over an 18-year career, with over $6 billion in transactions, he led BP's CIS division in Dubai and began his career in energy with Hydro Petroleum. Tor co-founded Karra Oil & Gas, as well as trade finance funds and ventures in oil trading, digital bonds, U.S. E&P, real estate, and biofuels. Mr. Langoy holds degrees from the Norwegian School of Management, the University of Alabama, and the University of Florida.

Co - Founder & Fund Director

Glauco Verdoia, a highly experienced manager, serves as the Chairman of Reload Spa, an Italian telecommunications company, and 2GCCUK Ltd, a UK utility token firm. His extensive expertise encompasses E-Fuels, Bio-Ethanol, medium-sized European and global enterprises, investment funds, and banking. He successfully expanded Euro-IB's operations in London and Frankfurt, led GEM Ukraine's real estate development project, and established GEM Italy. Previously, he was with the China International Trade Consortium, where he advised CNR and Nomisma. Mr. Verdoia holds a degree in International Law from Turin State University.

Fund Director

Lawrence Newhook, a seasoned investment professional with over 25 years of expertise, specializes in global investments across all asset classes. As President and CIO of Alpha Innovations, he leads product innovation, alpha generation, and risk management. Previously, at Point72 Asset Management LP, he oversaw external investments. Earlier, as a Portfolio Manager at OMERS, he spearheaded alternative investment strategies. A CFA Charterholder, Mr. Newhook holds a Master’s in Financial Economics from the University of London and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph.

Fund Director

After earning a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in International Finance and Marketing, Erik Rietkerk began his career with Unilever. In 1992, he transitioned into the oleochemicals and renewables sector, working in Singapore and Germany for 20 years. During this time, he served as CEO of the mineral oil trading company Mabanaft and successfully acquired a biodiesel company in the early 2000s. Following a tenure as CEO of a listed food ingredient company in the Netherlands, Mr. Rietkerk returned to the renewables sector as CEO of the Argent Group in August 2018.

Strategic Advisor

After completing his studies and military service in the Netherlands, Henk embarked on a career spanning shipping, refining, and mining, working across Hamburg, London, New York, and Houston. He led ELF’s entry into the Dutch market, established Rotterdam’s first bunkering company, and founded Vitol in 1966, which has grown into the world’s largest independent oil and gas company. After divesting his shares to traders, Henk pursued oil exploration projects in the Middle East and the United States. Mr. Vietor now provides consultancy services on an international scale.

Chief Technology Officer

Ettore Bonaldi, a Senior Engineer with 40 years of experience in Green Industry projects, has held key leadership roles throughout his career. Formerly with the Ferruzzi Group and Energex SA, he served as Chairman of ICL USA and ICL Africa and sat on numerous boards. Currently, the CEO of Hepta Capital SA Suisse, Ettore has spearheaded the development of over 34 power stations, including Italy's first biomass and cogeneration plants. Mr. Bonaldi holds a degree in Physics from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne.
