Our Objective

The Fund’s investment objective is to seek total return through investments in large-scale industrial projects, collectively referred to as "Green Projects." These projects aim to accelerate the global energy transition, drive decarbonization, and create sustainable value for stakeholders.

The Types of Assets We Invest In

  • Sustainable Aviation Fuel Plants

    Investing in cutting-edge facilities that produce low-carbon aviation fuels, reducing the carbon footprint of the global aviation industry.

  • Biofuel Production Plants

    Supporting the development of advanced biofuel facilities that transform renewable resources into cleaner energy alternatives.

  • Carbon Credit Projects

    Financing initiatives that preserve natural ecosystems and generate carbon credits, driving global efforts to offset greenhouse gas emissions.

Investment Strategy

The primary investment strategy of the Fund shall be to acquire and then sell Green Industrial Projects. Such Green Projects are expected to be in the pre-construction phase or already constructed and readily available in the marketplace, but pre-production.

The Investment Advisors have pre-selected a restricted number of Green Projects in the EU and USA regions for inclusion in a diversified portfolio designed to offer the Fund and its Participating Investors superior risk-adjusted returns. Such identified green projects are expected to provide investment stability and strong upside potential.   

Details of the initially identified Green Industrial Projects and related financial projections (the “Plant Data”) shall be made available to all prospective Investors in a data room provided by the Investment Manager upon request and provided on a best-effort basis, subject to a non-disclosure agreement. 

eFuels Carbon I ISA (the "Fund") is an incorporated segregated account of DigitalArray ISAC Ltd. (the "Platform"), a Bermuda incorporated segregated accounts company with segregated liability between Funds and applied to the Bermuda Monetary Authority as a Professional Closed Fund pursuant to the IFA. The Fund was incorporated on August 31, 2023, with registration number 56461M. A description of DigitalArray ISAC Ltd., its management and administration, taxation and risk factors, and the Platform are contained in the Prospectus.
